Requirements & Qualifications
We're looking for passionate educators who meet the following criteria
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or currently pursuing)
Teaching certification preferred but not required
Strong subject matter expertise in one or more academic areas
Experience working with children ages Pre-K through 12th grade
Passion for personalized learning and student success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation for Smart Fleet positions
Clean background check required
